William D. Morgan, Psy.D.
Dr. Bill Morgan is a career counselor, coach, and psychologist dedicated to helping individuals become more satisfied and successful in their careers and personal lives. He offers an encouraging approach to increased career effectiveness and enjoyment through counseling, coaching, and assessment.
Dr. Morgan draws on his experience as a psychologist, counselor, and director of human resource development in the personalized work that he does. Dr. Morgan holds a doctorate in psychology, has published several professional articles sharing his expertise, and is adjunct faculty at Widener University. He uses his expertise to guide his clients in developing insight and strategies to achieve important goals, make desired changes and transitions, and reach higher levels of success and satisfaction.
Dr. Morgan’s approach is practical, clear, and results-oriented. His career counseling and coaching is aimed at evoking the best in his clients. Using a variety of approaches, Dr. Morgan helps clients achieve their full career potential. He has presented seminars and workshops at companies such as The Vanguard Group, The Project Management Institute, and the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance.
Dr. Morgan is a licensed psychologist. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, The Society of Consulting Psychologists, and the International Coach Federation.
Marjorie R. Johnson, DCSW, LCSW, ACC
Marjorie Johnson is an associate of William D. Morgan, Psy.D. and Associates delivering career coaching and counseling services to those changing careers or seeking career development and promotion.
Marjorie's 24 years of experience in human behavior, interpersonal relationships, and motivation makes her a powerful consultant to career seekers. Marjorie’s mission is to assist individuals in achieving their highest goals, and achieve compelling success and satisfaction in their career and personal lives. A gifted counselor and coach, Marjorie empowers clients to expand their self-awareness and make their professional dreams a reality. Marjorie’s focused listening and guidance insure clients stay motivated to achieve the career transformation they desire.
Marjorie received her Master of Social Work in 1983 and is a certified associate coach with the International Coach Federation. She has coached and counseled numerous professionals, entrepreneurs and senior executives. She has delivered training to many companies including DuPont, Johnson & Johnson, the West Chester University and the Chester County Hospital. She is a member of the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance. Marjorie has the honor of being a coaching affiliate with Villanova University’s Executive MBA program where she coaches students seeking to develop their careers and achieve their highest leadership potential.
Linda Channing, M.A.
Linda is a career counselor, career coach and popular workshop presenter. As a trained counselor, she utilizes her 15 years of experience in the employment industry to effectively come alongside others in career transition.
In addition to her career counseling and coaching, her experience has included working for an employment service, a county unemployment office, career services within a university and operating her own resume business. As a job search support group leader and workshop presenter, she has developed curriculum and presented workshops such as: Live Your Calling, Finding Your Fit, How to Write a Resume that Gets Results, Effective Interviewing and How to Cut Your Job Search Time in Half.
Linda has a M.A. in Counseling. She is a licensed administrator of SIMA® (System for Identifying Motivated Abilities) & Who do you think you are? Coach; Qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and Strong Interest Inventory® Assessment Practitioner. She is a member of Middle Atlantic Career Counseling Association and the Christian Coaches Network.
